Terms of Service

By using Largen Inc Landscape Services website or requesting services, you agree to these terms. They govern your relationship with our company and outline rights, responsibilities, and limitations.
Service Agreements
All services are governed by a written agreement signed prior to work commencement. This includes scope, timeline, pricing, payment terms, and any applicable warranties. Oral agreements are not binding.
Pricing and Payments
Final pricing is based on the signed agreement. Payments are due within 14 days of invoice unless otherwise stated. Late payments incur a 1.5% monthly fee. We do not accept cash on-site; all payments are processed securely online or via check.
Project Changes
Any changes to the original scope must be submitted in writing and approved before implementation. Additional costs for changes will be itemized and communicated prior to work start.
Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel a service with 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made within 48 hours incur a 25% service fee. Emergency cancellations due to weather or safety issues are exempt from fees.
Liability and Indemnification
Largen Inc Landscape Services is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. We are fully insured and indemnify clients against claims arising from our negligence during service delivery.
Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, and project designs created by Largen Inc Landscape Services remain our exclusive property. Clients receive a limited license to use final deliverables for personal or commercial use as agreed.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [State]. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the jurisdiction where the primary service location is situated.
Disputes Resolution
We prioritize direct resolution. If unsatisfied, clients may submit a written complaint to our office. Unresolved issues may be escalated to mediation or binding arbitration as permitted by law.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures due to events beyond our control, including severe weather, natural disasters, or supply chain disruptions.
Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding payments become due immediately, and work ceases upon confirmation.
Entire Agreement
This document constitutes the full agreement between you and Largen Inc Landscape Services. Any modifications must be in writing and signed by both parties.
